Tarpon
Boca Grande is famous for its tarpon, especially during the peak season from mid-April to mid-August, offering both new and old-hand anglers the chance to land the famed “silver king.” Our tarpon adventures start at either 6:30 or 9:30 a.m. and each trip accommodates up to 4 people aboard the 40-foot classic trawler Knot 2 Shore.
The boat is powered by twin 240 horsepower diesel engines and offers a covered cockpit and a bridge for room to fish. All equipment, bait, and guest fishing licenses are included, making it a worry-free adventure. A toilet and fresh water showers are available for those long days on the water.
Near shore fishing
Look no further for an enjoyable fishing trip that will let you target whichever inner harbor or nearshore fish you like. You will be able to hook some delicious species like Snappers, Groupers, Amberjack, Red Fish and others. You will have a good chance of hooking a great Mangrove Snapper dinner!
Near Shore and Inner Harbor fishing is especially popular for families, couples and small groups of friends. And a day on the 40-foot classic trawler Knot 2 Shore is truly comfort cruising for groups up to 6 people. There is large cockpit with a cover to shield from the sun. And a large table on the bridge that will seat six for an enjoyable lunch break. And for those long days, there is a shower and toilet.
All equipment, bait, and guest fishing licenses are included, making it a worry-free adventure.
island tours
Exploring the tropical southwest-coast Florida islands is our most popular charter. Cruise in comfort aboard the classic 40-foot trawler Knot 2 Shore. Pleanty of seating, AC in the cabin, a fresh water shower and toilet for those long days. Swim, snorkle or relax at the sandbar. Sunbathe on the roomy bow. Or just enjoy watching the dolphins. You can also have a picnic lunch at the six-person fly bridge table. The stereo sound system will put music on the bridge and cockpit.
Our most popular charter, guests enjoy a sunset harbor cruise and watching for the dophins as they come up to the vessel to put on a show.
